With grocery prices skyrocketing and no end in sight I went way back to pull up a meal.my mom used to make when she was trying to stretch the budget til the end of the month and still feed us k8ds hearty and tasty meals.
Potatoes was one of those staples that really stretched a meal. So, I am sharing one of my favorite what I call "hard time" meals. Under 60 cents a serving but filling and delicious. You can be as creative as you want tossing in whatever you have on hand, brocalli, spinach, or even cabbage to get a little green.
