Everyone wants happiness, not all understand that in order to achieve true happiness it takes suffering to fully appreciate it. Praying for your recovery as you have truly helped more men/boys than I could ever hope to help myself. If I may offer any advice for you, please keep positivity and happiness close, as I believe that, that, and laughter is the best cure. (Also not a doctor idfk, but I seriously hope the best for you)

YES!! That's where true stability and joy is found. I found that ability in Jesus Christ, in getting to know His heart for me in the bible.. awesome book! Anyone suffering please read Psalms.. it's sufferers writing about their agony and reconciliation and integration of it. POWERFUL. Scriptures is healing in me what my parents and the world broke. Praise God 🙏
