The INFJ Circle
3 Quick INFJ Tips For You This Weekend:
1️⃣ Everyone doesn’t deserve you
Not everyone deserves access to your INFJ insights and inner world. The more you are around people who don’t “get” you (or even try to), the more drained you’ll feel.
2️⃣ Guarding your emotional energy
One of the powers that INFJs have is the ability to sense the emotions in the room — it’s seriously like we have an invisible antenna always tuned to people’s moods. The side effect? We can end up carrying emotions that aren’t even ours. The way through actually isn’t to “shut off” the ability but rather to build small rituals that help us release what isn’t ours. Music, deep breathing (it really works), walks in nature — these are like emotional rinses that rejuvenate us and keep us healthy.
3️⃣ Release the guilt of being ‘too real’ for the shallow people
Here’s the hardest one: Us INFJs often have concern over the fact that others pull away from our depth and honesty. But this isn’t proof that we are “too much.” It’s proof that these people aren’t ready to have truth and depth in their presence. Their loss.
✨ That last one is the hardest — which is why I wrote my ebook INFJ Unlocked. You can check it out here, and by the end of the weekend you’ll understand so much more about your personality type (and have lots more great tips too): book.theinfjcircle.com/
