There are so few real protections for children’s labor. Thank you Gwenna!! 👏👏

As someone in the legal field, my concern with this is that parents will be irresponsible with the money so that if a child attempted to sue, there may be few assets to go after. However, having a law like this would be far better than the environment we are in now

And the percentage better not be small either!! Thank you for speaking out for these kids ❤

@Almost_EVL

Personally I prefer that parents shouldn't be able to monetize content that includes their kids, period. Though this would certainly be at least a decent start 👍

Thank you for being a voice for children! I can't imagine what these kids are going to think when they get old enough to realize what their lives are.

I’m very very very happy to see people who actually create content for other moms about their children are doing ACTUAL WORK to protect these children that people in the same community exploit. The children are the most important things in this world not the money and “opportunities”. ❤

I'm so proud of you! Thank you so much for starting this. So many kids have no choice in their lives about what's put online about their own lives

I love that you are using your platform to influence local government, which honestly will also influence state and federal government. This is a really wonderful cause!!

I hope this goes through, children need protecting, they can’t give their consent to the parent/adult for putting them on the internet, ppl are making thousands of dollars from views of their children, so the children should receive money for that.
