Unless someone you dislike or even hate is a sick, disgusting, excuse of a human being or a discriminator, it is not within your right to force others to cut ties with said person. Not only is it witch-hunting towards the victim, but knowing how others can be when it comes to dealing with others, it can escalate into harassment towards the victim. It's probably not making the person being forced to cut ties with the victim feel happy either, and probably pressured. Whatever opinion you may have on someone that isn't a sicko or a discriminator, it's important to let others be friends with others because friendship is important.
