I saw this one comment that said "what if when Aaron kicked the realm breaker, that it sent them to a different dimension or parallel universe to mermaid tales and that's why that creepy guy knew Aaron's name and Aphmau's name. Also that could be why it seems that the butler guy is an alternate. Since it's a parallel dimension
