What procedure(s) would you recommend to someone that just wants plastic surgery in old age to get rid of jowls, turkey neck and brows lowering into the eyes? I'm 58, but thinking I might want something done after another decade.

Hi Dr Gary, the hardest part of wearing a hair system (menās wig) is getting the front hair line to look natural. I have heard some Hollywood actors get a hairline transplant and just wear a wig behind it, have you heard of this style? Since for Norwood 6-7 individuals, not enough donor hair to cover the front, it would be best to get a thick hairline transplant and wear a hair system behind it, what do you think?

Thereās new products like Il makiage that remove wrinkles temporarily. Does that stretch out the skin and actually create more issues?

Okay this may be kind of complicated so I hope you can follow: Being that you were a facial plastic surgeon I have a question that has been bothering me that is hard to find surgeons explain. It involves endoscopic mid face lifts. I have a consultation to get one. But I have learned along my research that there are basically 2 ways to go about lifting that mid face area. 1 they lift the whole āfaceā off the bone pretty much, with the ātinesā and then secure it in a vertically higher position. And it all heals where it at and you therefore have a lifted mid face. 2 is where Iāve seen some docs say they donāt like that method and instead they just repositions certain layers of the mid face, Iām guessing the fat pad and muscle pad. Instead of lifting the āwhole face off the boneā if that makes sense. Then they just suture that fat and muscle pad back up in its more natural original position. My question is what is the big difference? I have literally only found one doc that talks about the difference but I would love more opinions. The doc I found talks about how the lifting off the bone method is more risky and leaves you looking less natural so he prefers just lifting the muscle pad/fat pad and suturing them up. However the work Iāve seen of docs who do the face off the bone method actually looks like it has better dramatic results than just lifting certain layers? Any thoughts of the differences and risks vs reward to both methods? Thanks doc!!!

could you please look at photos of Vladimir Putin over the years and make a video about this? He looked quite characteristic when he was young and I can see resemblance up to 2017. In 2018 something changed, he either got cheek filler or... was replaced by a double? Even nowadays pictures from different events do not look fully alike. There is a version of him with massively overfilled cheeks and a creepy smile. Are there different look alikes? which one of them is the real one? Or did the real one disappear at a certain point (lives in hiding or died and was replaced by a body double?). What can we tell about his transformations based on analysis of photos from different years?

I was born with ectropion. I am 20 now and was wondering if I should get my eyelid fixed now before I get older. I attempted surgery 2 times in the past but it didnāt work. First time my doctor tried to sew the eyelid back. Second time my eyelid doctor brought in a plastic surgeon and tried to hold it to my brow bone. My doctor believes itās because my baby fat weighed it down. I believe Iāve lost baby facial fat. Would now be a good time to try again?
