@MarineOP69

My character is not concerned with such trivial matters... he is far too focused on growing his Winstad Mine business.

Any position that allows The Last Dragonborn (lore accurate, not my personal one) to single handedly decimate the entire Aldmeri Dominion is a good position in my book.

@Giddog40

That’s way too concrete an ending for an elder scrolls protagonist

Historically the Emperor has been a dragonborn always until the end of the Septim line. I certainly wouldn't be surprised if the Dragonborn became the Emperor

The last dragonborn leaves their adopted kids alone for weeks at a time to go adventuring. Probably not the best idea

I think having an actual dragonborn as emperor is the perfect thing to use against the thalmor also come on whos gonna say no when he flies into cyrodil on a dragon 😂

I went through a lot of trouble to make sure Titus Mede II has a nice long nap, and then made sure Mr. Motierre wouldnt remember my face (or anyone's for that matter) who is going to stop me from claiming the ruby throne? The elder council? Pfft

The Last Dragonborn is canonically a himbo, they do no critical thinking about anything (which is why the Paarthurnax quest has no alternative ending), all they do is whatever they are told to do by the blades or greybeards - as emperor, it would be the same situation, they would be a puppet of their “advisors” (a well meaning puppet but still a puppet)

For all it’s existence, the empire has always had a divinely ordained emperor in the form of the dragon blood and amulet of kings. By all rights those who bear the dragon blood have a claim to the throne. Technically the dragon born who is divinely ordained by Akatosh has a very strong claim to the throne of emperor.

Well the position did just open up…

The Dragonborn is either a sadistic serial killer or a butterfly chasing loot collector. They have NO abilities to become emperor

@EnejJohhem

Emperor No High King Yes

@ItscoffinYT

The dragon born by imperial tradition and divine right, is the literally only person who should be able to become emperor of cyrodil.

Nothing about Skyrim quest would prepare him to govern even being the guild master of all available guilds the DB is just an errand boy that takes orders from their underlings.

It doesn’t really matter if the Dragonborn becomes the Emperor or not, without the Amulet of Kings no one has the divine right to rule, not to mention they are basically owned by Herma Mora which is very bad for PR

We can see from the Dark Brotherhood quest that succession has already been established. If you join the Legion after assassinating Titus Mede II, there's already a new emperor you swear allegiance to.

@DominionSorcerer

Yes. But only if he is an Argonian whose Tamrielic dynastic name will be Those-Who-Shout.
