I was so hoping this would be the case! In the trailers it kinda seemed like you could still jump even after getting the flight module but it wasn't clear and after seeing the settings I just assumed you couldn't. Glad to see they fixed yet another issue I had with the game! They seem to be tackling every possible issue that I had, this definitive edition is going to be absolutely phenomenal!

Hey guys, time to celebrate! According to a Xenoblade X-AMA on Reddit, it appears that Monolith Soft did fix the biggest flaw of the game with Definitive Edition: We can still jump with skells even after acquiring the flight module! Clicking the shoulder button once makes you jump, a double-click starts flying. And for those who prefered the old style, you can change it in the settings menu!
