Like seriously it pisses me off to this day to such an extent cause you aren't even allowed to make short videos in an aspect ratio that isn't 16:9 anymore. It automatically crams your video into the shorts sewer, no questions, no warnings, just automatically shorts-ified was it really that difficult to make a toggle for if the person uploading wants to make the video a short? i feel like if i upload the stuff i wanna upload as a short nobody's gonna see it cause of how specific and unfitting it is to the shorts format
