CapCut pc has lots of free assets and transitions and no to mention that the interface is fairly easy to learn

DaVinci resolve 19 is really good and free. Link - https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/uk/products/davinciresolve. Cap cut is also good and free however it is probably not as good for your edit style. HitFilm Express is good and has loads of presets. Link - https://fxhome.com/product/hitfilm. Lightworks also might be good for you and quite popular. Link - https://lwks.com

I personally use premiere pro and its by far the best editing software I've ever used! (Capcut is a good free alternative though)

while premiere pro, after effect is the best, i wouldn't suggest that. DaVinci and movavi is a good alternative, filmora is an easy app to use but you have to pay to remove watermark

When seeking a seamless editing experience, consider Adobe Premiere. Its user-friendly interface and timeline feature make it a top choice for professionals.
