Since the NBA will have its first In-Season Tournament this season, I will plan to predict the winners of the hypothetical tournaments from previous seasons.
Rules:
A 1-3 seeded team, from the previous season, from each conference cannot play against each other before the knockout rounds.
Any team from those seeds must play a 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, and 13-15 seeded teams from the previous season (One team each).
Example:
Last season, the Bucks, Celtics, and 76ers were the first 3 seeds of the previous season, and they cannot play against each other before the knockout rounds.
Those 3 teams must play against one team from each of these groups. (Cavs, Knicks, Nets), (Hawks, Heat, Raptors) (Bulls, Pacers Wizards), and (Magic, Hornets, Pistons).
I will plan to predict these hypothetical tournaments starting tomorrow. Stay tuned.
Who do you think will win this first In-Season Tournament? Please leave your comments below.
