Hiya, I got this list from the Trussel Trust, please try to donate one item to the foodbank trolley in your local supermarket. You can pick up a tin of spaghetti hoops for around 19p, tinned rice pudding for 29p, Jar of own brand Jam for 45p or a tin of tuna for around 55p, or some women's sanitary products which cost 49p upwards, so you don't need to spend a fortune!
