I used to think doing my best was enough. But here’s the hard truth:

It's NOT.

When I worked in IT, everyone said, "Do your best, and you’ll succeed."


So, I did—every single time.



But no matter how hard I worked, success stayed out of reach.

I imagined myself winning, speaking confidently, and owning every room.

And I did it—I became a Global Sales Champion in 2019 across 151 countries.



The same thing happened when I started my business.



I didn’t focus on what I was doing.



I focused on becoming the person who could lead a successful business—and my actions followed.



Your results will always reflect the person you choose to become.



So my encouragement is…


Stop asking “What do I need to do?”
And instead ask, “Who do I need to become?”
