LITTLE

Remember the famous bonus stage in Street Fighter II where you have to destroy that poor car? As a kid, being an automobile guy, I've always wondered for years if that was a real car.

Well, it's not hard to tell, but after some research, ultimately, it turns out the vehicle in the iconic arcade fighting game is INDEED an actual model. It is a Lexus LS400 sedan (or Toyota Celsior in Japan), presumably the 1989-'92 model year, as the game itself was made in 1991. I'm not very sure why Capcom did such a stage or chose this model (maybe it was good seller at the time), but I strongly assume it as a joke, because Final Fight already did something similar. But, yup, that gray car isn't some generic graphic!

Now, of course, the way we take the automobile down to the chassis in-game isn't realistic. The final image shows an actual wrecked one ("Oh, MY CAR!!"). That...is where you WON'T earn points.
