I have a mobility disability and started your workouts last year. I had a break over the winter period due to a flare-up of my condition. I started back at the start of February and am doing a variety of your workouts 3 times a week. I enjoy the interval training the most, although I did the 25-minute cardio workout today and enjoyed that a lot. Thanks for all your workouts and the effort you put in to keep us all fitter.

I am proud of myself, I average 6 days a week watching one of your many videos. Sometimes I only have 15 min but there are videos for those short on time. It's helping me. I feel stronger and healthier. At first my goal was to lose weight but now my goal is to feel good, feel happy and feel strong. I might never be a thin attractive muscular person but I know I am a stronger kinder happier and more relaxed person. Doing your work out videos is improving my health. Just like the title of your channel Thank you.
