I frequently get asked how I clean thrifted items.
When possible I toss most items in the washing machine. For things that are somewhat delicate or at risk of getting damaged in the washing machine I like to use these laundry bags.
For other items I typically just use good old-fashion soap and water, the dishwasher, my Bissell Little Green Machine, or our steam cleaner. I also love this little shaver for removing any pilling on fabric or upholstery.
