If you had an hour to train 3x a week in a basic garage gym what would you do?

The split I'm using now is Monday - Chest and Triceps Tuesday - Back and Biceps Wednesday - Legs and Shoulders Thursday - REST Friday - Bi/Tri/Shoulders/Legs Saturday - Cardio Sunday - REST Friday is a high-volume day, I'll do 10-12 exercises - it probably isn't the most effective, but I find that it works for me. Especially since I have 2 days of rest afterwards and I'm not training biceps til Tuesday, and legs til Wednesday.

When training accessories do you tend to keep it to two or three main accessories or do you have times where you are doing every accessory excercise

Hi. I am in my 50's and have an hour each day to workout. I enjoy lifting weights and have built a basic gym at home. (Rack and Lat pull down). My question is how to set up a routine. ( exercises per body part, frequency of training/rest, best exercises to do). My goal is to build overall strength and increase muscle mass. Currently very out of shape but strong. Sorry for the lengthy comment.

How many times a week do you recommend strongman event specific training? I currently train around the 4 main lifts. I am now at a SM gym and want to add this in. Do you recommend movement per each specific day or more? I know 2 questions.
