Where the building from 2 and 3 used to be. As you see it WAS an In progress 100 story skyscraper until another construction company ( who works with DOT) Bought my company's skyscraper out. So moral of the story, the city couldn't pay for a 100 million dollar skyscraper so it got bought out. (Part 3 extra pictures will come out later today)
