So sorry this is happening to you! Something is definitely going on with YT! I'm finding a lot of my YTubers are leaving the platform. Another one of my channels I follow has asked his subs to unsub and then resub.. not sure if that'll help.. but something is definitely off with YT right now. I hope things get better for you! I thoroughly enjoy watching your content! You have inspired me to start traveling in my vehicle! I haven't done it yet, because I'm currently working on getting all the necessities so I can travel comfortably in my car. WOW. That is just awful, discouraging and massively frustrating. I spent 2 years growing a youtube channel. Finally got 1,000 subscribers but never met the requirements to get monetized. My channel got deleted. lol. I started over a few weeks ago. Can't even get 1 or 2 views on my long form videos. Do you have a patreon, and/or a website where you can sell stickers, shirts, mugs etc. ? Might help bring in a little extra. I hope you are able to get an email list going so if you ever take your brand off youtube you will have your fans come with you. People are into your videos because they are into you. :)

I just don't understand what is going on. I'm thinking there must be some sort of mistake. You have one of the best channels. You work so hard to give good content and you are such a nice, lovely person, too. I'm sorry you are going thru this.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this. My sense of YT is that the money rolls in initially. Then they change the rules/game/compensation structure, making the content creator have to strive harder to earn what they used to earn. I've never trusted YT as a reliable resource. Too many variables, and literally no control.

The amount of heartbreak and frustration going on behind the scenes for me with YouTube right now is unreal. Here is a screenshot on my actual “earnings” from YouTube shorts over the past 28-days.
Notice the negative!!! So, are they charging me to publish content?! Well, kinda…
I’ll have more to say on what’s going on soon, but in the meantime…some nice people have recently donated to the channel via YT “Thanks”. For the time being I want to discourage that, since we can clearly see they can’t be trusted with paying me.
