As the end draws near, Paul warns us not to be naive.
The world will grow darker. People will love themselves more than truth, and pleasure more than God.
They’ll look spiritual, but their hearts will be far from Him.
This is a prophecy and a mirror. We’re called to stay alert, to walk in love, and truth, keep away from deception. We are called to hold on to the light when the world calls darkness “good.”
Stay clear of the noise. Stay close to Christ. Because in times like these, purity of heart may be perceived as weakness but it is warfare.
