ARA LUNA

Can we carry a place with us - through our inner landscapes?

Leading up to the New Moon in Taurus, the words "embodied remembrance" have been echoing through me.

After returning from the Atlantic Ocean to Denmark, I stood by the forest, watching the soft waters of Kattegat.
And suddenly — I felt the Atlantic within me.
Not as memory in my mind, but as presence.
My body remembered. The salt. The vastness. The rhythm.
This is the same ocean. One body, always returning to itself.

And then, the wind.
And with it — the mountains.
I was back in Nepal.
The wind, the stillness, the space — alive within me.
The air I breathe now is not separate from what I breathed in Nepal.
They are a part of the same source. They are in me.

I feel this as the embodied wisdom of Taurus.
Through our senses, we become the places we inhabit.
The taste, the scent, the sound —
They shape our inner landscapes.

If I close my eyes, I can feel them.
Because our cells… they remember.
Formed of matter that has always been — shifting, dissolving, returning.

In my cells lives the silent mountains of Nepal.
The salt kiss of the Atlantic Ocean.
The song from the wind in the beech trees of Denmark.

So I wonder…

If our cells remember — is there any limit to where we can go?
To what we can carry with us, through the landscapes within?

I am so grateful to share this weeks sound journey with you tomorrow.
A remembering.
A return.
A whisper from Himalaya.
A song in the wind.

May it awaken what you already know.

With love,
Ara
