Unpopular opinion maybe, but it's not often I see methods that act like you're already in your dr (if you're using the method to shift). I find having that mindset really helps with shifting. It helps a lot with visualization, anyway.

yay! this guided meditation was the one that got me closest to shifting when i was a baby shifter (i still am kinda a baby shifter lol) i’d like affirmations like “if i fall asleep, i will wake up in my desired reality” because i usually accidentally fall asleep lol

It would be great if you added affirmations such as “Why have I already shifted?” “Why am I so good at shifting?”, etc. I’ve been trying to get in the habit of saying them, and I think it would help me. Ofc your guided meditations are literally so helpful already.

you totally dont have to do this, but i struggle to take in deep breaths. and breathing along with your counting often makes my heart race. could you perhaps breath in and hold for 3 counts instead of 4? (again, i know its your usual script so no pressure)

Maybe include self hypnosis. Or mix the self hypnosis method with Julia method. The self hypnosis you did I soooooo good and I almost shifted I could hear people from my dr but i freaked out.
