I know that you two help mitigate the risk of catastrophic wildfire. Thank you for shedding some light on this.

Right there with ya bro!!! Our public lands have been mismanaged for decades. What’s important is accountability!

I am a logger I have a timber faller. So if you log the forest you would not have big forest fires

Neglected and mismanaged because of the environmentalists. The solution is multifaceted: do not pay environmentalists taxpayer money when they win frivolous lawsuits; require that endangered species act enforcement has a reasonability clause added that requires a cost assessment of saving creatures and caps the cost; give the forest service a golden ticket to cut 5% of the land per year without any chance for lawsuits; and if all that fails sell it all off.

What if we built homes that could either fully withstand wildfire or that we could pack up and leave with (or easily let burn) like a traditional tipi? Perhaps we could let our fire adapted forests spark off from time to time without spending the USFS already meager budget mostly just on fire supression. Sierra Club members, if you have a fucking mansion in the WUI you have no place in this conversation.

My concern about pubic labd is the federal government has to much public land to manage.

We, the people should be managing our force, not the freckle government if you look at the consatution article. Article 27 of the Constitution, it states that they will take care of our land not destroyed. We, the people need to take it back. That's why we're selling it. So we can take care of it

Y'all are mad about public land being sold off (completely valid) while I'm still over here enraged about it being mismanaged
