For handstand maybe you could replace it with pike pushups???

Im a badminton player and am having difficulties with gaining muscle mass and whenever i stop playing for like a week, my strength decreases and hzve difficulties in push ups...im 16 and my max push up count is 10, half push up 50, pull ups 8, and frog handstand for 5 secs

I feel like its better to master the basics than to jump to the "impossible" handstand so anything from knee pushups to negative pike pushups i know im ok with
