The new series "Best of Japanese Cooking 101" is starting tomorrow, October 28! Each week, we will post a video with some additional tips and variations that we didn't cover before. Congrats on the anniversary 🙏. I enjoy your channel, when I get a small kid craving for Japanese food, I will check your channel first. I can now make gobo and feel happy. Born and raised in Hawaii during the 1950s I had the best plantation food with all the different cultures that contributed their style of cooking. I am excited for what’s coming on your wonderful channel 🙏
