It’s come to my attention that a content thief has been reposting some of my most viewed videos on TikTok along side other stolen content from other channels. Apparently this is a widespread problem and to solving it involves months of emailing TikTok to even attempt to get them taken down. I’m not willing to do that, because as I think I’ve made pretty clear, I absolutely hate TikTok. I’m not willing to put TikTok on my phone just to report these things. It’s disheartening that someone could just take the hours and hours of labor I put into my videos and in 5 seconds place them on TikTok for their own gain. Something about seeing my little starfish people stolen sits especially sourly with me. I’m not really sure how TikTok works, as I haven’t used it in years, but I guess I’m asking if you do use it, go report this account. If you come across any of my content on TikTok know that it is not me, that I have not authorized it, and to not give them even more free engagement for no work at all, simply block and report.
