Immeasurable speed considering the fact that if its time is undefined, speed formula can't be applied which makes it immeasurable speed and Immeasurable speed is anyone who's speed can't be defined by Distance and Time formula. this means that his minigun can be scaled to high outerversal since Immeasurable speed transcends "concept" of time and space. same goes for sniper's rifle and others weapon that has hitscan bullets.

Since the Heavy’s minigun bullets don’t take any time until they hit whoever he is aiming at, would that mean that the Heavy has infinite attack speed extreme high ball?
