While working on our cart setup, we're looking into those that the users have sent us for inspiration. Mobility is key for those who can't mount their pressure washers on a wall, so we wish to capture the best of what's already out there and put it into an integrated setup.

I like the idea of a mobile cart from Active but should at a minimum integrate both the Active 2.0 and 2.3, have a high quality hose reel a lot like Cox but I also use Elay which is great. Must incorporate a D/I tank system a critical component. Lastly have all the fittings for a plug and play set up. Now for bonus incorporate a drawer for towels, a spot to put cordless polishers and incorporate some spray bottles and accessories and you will have a winner on your hands.

The more compact the better. Would be nice to accommodate different DI systems (two cartridge or single tank styles). Then some room to carry the basics on top, like foam cannon, gun, some spray bottles and some brushes. Maybe a more snug narrower version of the 2nd pic.

I don't think you should exaggerate with the size. In my opinion, the hose reel, washer and quality wheels are the most important. The solution you showed at the beginning is ok in my opinion.
