I love idli with sambhar and chutney so much. I would love to see a video on easy chutneys to go with idli, snacks etc - my favourite chutney is the red chutney served with momos (I live in a part of the UK with a large Gurkha community so lots of Nepalese restaurants) so I usually have that, or simple green chutney, but I would love to know your favourites.

Hey Bumbi, I have a question for you that is unrelated to this particular recipe. Sorry if it's not OK to ask it here! When it comes to making curries that have cinnamon stick as one of the ingredients, is it normal cinnamon stick or is it a special variety? When I cook using normal cinnamon sticks, it makes the curry taste super strongly of cinnamon, so I've been avoiding putting that spice in all together. Should I be using a different kind? Also, is cassia bark similar in taste? If so, should I be using that instead? Any advice would be muchly appreciated. Thanks Bumbi 🙏
