I feel we'll get them at some point, though I do worry Nintendo will prioritise getting them on Switch Online instead due to it being easier to setup.

I mean, we could see HD remakes get ported over. We've seen three or more versions of the same game(s) for various Mario titles. Likewise, LA HD and the GBC version are both on Switch, so it's not unreasonable to see some similar things for Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. Though, I really hope they find a way to implement GBA to GameCube like Link, but I think that not only requires 2 systems, but 2 accounts. And cannot connect 2 different apps. Hopefully, an update adds such a feature as well as using a Switch 1 as a controller for the Switch 2 system.

I think Twilight will be on GameCube NSO for at least a couple years before they released Twilight princess HD. Instead they will probably HD ocarina of Time and Majora's mask and the 2D Zelda games that were on game boy and super Nintendo for the coming years.

Maybe, but not in the next 3-4 years. First TP will be available on NSO Gamecube and then the games will only be playable there. They will try to get more sells of the expansion pack and after a few years, maybe they will sell the HD ports.

Wind waker OG is already on NSO and I think TP and Four Swords will follow eventually. The HD ports might be lost to time and I’ll temper my expectations.

No Wind Waker HD on Switch but the original released on NSO, so maybe the same for Twilight Princess? I'm kind of hoping they do a remake for Twilight Princess but I think an Ocarina of Time remake would be more likely, if any ?

I don't see them porting the HD version ever to the Nintendo Switch 2, because they would want people to buy their Nintendo Switch online service. Will there ever be an HD port, in the future, it's tricky to tell, they could go down the route of bringing Nintendo online service, with subscription for Nintendo GameCube and realistically never release HD versions ever again, this is Nintendo.
