craccegg

Didn't expect to hear back from me, did ya?

Well, I didn't either, but now I might've found another purpose for this channel.

First of all, hello again!! I used to be known as GuyMan16, but nowadays I go by craccegg. It's been a long time since I've last looked on this channel properly. The only thing I know for sure is that the BIG CHUNGUS video continue to pull in thousands of views and a handful of comments every month (big chungus having relevance in big 2025 is crazyy, plus I'm still not proud that this became my best performing video by a long mile).

For those who might be wondering (idk who at this stage), I will not be going back to making meme videos. I've lost interest in making those, and I've been busy with other aspects of my life. The only thing I can say now is that I have finished my university course and I'll graduate very soon. Honestly, I was thinking of not doing anything with this channel anymore, leaving it as a memory of a very fun stage of my life where I learned a thing or two about content creation.

But now I've changed my mind, but it won't be anything spectacular, as it's been a VERY long time since I've last edited a video (not to mention that almost all videos you see on this channel were made on my phone). For the past year or two I've been casually playing old web games thanks to Bluemaxima's Flashpoint archive (goated archive btw everyone should get it). It was quite the expeirence to so easily revisit a lot of beloved childhood games, even the mountain of old Mario Flash fangames lolol. Later, I've noticed that the soundtracks of many of these games are not up on YouTube in some form or another. This is in particular for games made in Adobe Shockwave (engine used for 3D web games before Unity came along). For the ones that do pop up, there is only one song from them uploaded here, not bringing any light to the others.

So I've decided to start uploading extended versions of soundtracks from a collection of my favourite old web games. I'll first start uploading music from old Adobe Shockwave games, since that's the area where there's most scarcity. Also I really love the music from those games, especially the ones made by Silent Bay Studios for Miniclip. They perfectly encapsulate that 2000s era of web games, and nowadays it could be considered as a subcategory of the webcore genre (probably). Depending on how things go, I'll then start looking into some Flash games and other old web games in general.

The uploads will also include a link to a cloud folder where you can find the extended soundtrack files in WAV format, as well as the original song files that have been extracted directly from the game files.

Which leads me to what will be the first set of uploads in a few hours, which is the soundtrack for the game "Power Boat", made by Silent Bay Studios for Miniclip. Genuine banger music from this game, and hopefully it will send you on a pleasant nostalgia trip :))

Some final notes: I'm not planning on going back to original content creation here *yet*. However, I make some concept football kit designs from time to time, and I've included a link to that design account in my channel description. I am also keeping my old videos, and they'll be labelled to show which ones were made under the GuyMan16 name.

Hopefully that's everything now lol. Until next time!!
