I am unable to remain unobsessed with Don't Fear the Reaper. I know it is a cover, but you transform it to something tender but melancholy. My depression has been horrific lately and I have sought something that resonates and this does. When you sing, take my hand, I feel like I am not alone. This may seem corny but the degree of depression we are talking about is serious. I feel differently now. You, nor anyone can understand this, but I'm not going to let go. I was getting close. Sharon, you have always been my favorite. I have no idea why this song has been my salvation, but I can dance and have therapy at the same time. Le Tigre sang to us, keep on livin' but where are they now? Though this may be about you and love, it resonates similarly. Perhaps better. Thank you.
