Depending on the day, I would enjoy this. My experience with reading groups is that they're always on the weekend when I work.

Finished Ulysses for the first time earlier this year, but have been looking far and wide for more in-depth analysis of the book. Excited to see this come to fruition!

I just rewatched "Iron Man 2" and here is a quote from Justin Hammer about his Ex-Wife Missile: "This is a kinetic-kill, side-winder vehicle with a secondary cyclotrimethlyenetrinitamine DX burst. It’s capable of busting the bunker under the bunker you just busted. If it were any smarter, it would write a book. A book that would make Ulysses look like it was written in crayon." If Justin Hammer likes Ulysses, I definitely want to learn more about it.

Might be just the excuse I need to finally get into Ulysses

I’d be very interested in this. I recently finished my MFA thesis on connecting Deleuze and Guattaris rhizomatic philosophy with the stream of consciousness techniques in Ulysses. Would be very interested in joining a group like this

I'm unfortunately already signed up for a reading group of Andrei Bely's Petersburg over December but I'd love to have an archive of your chapter by chapter thoughts on the book

I’m back and ready to make more videos! Looking forward, I’d like to do another reading group. Over the month of December, how many of you would be interested in participating in a reading group of James Joyce’s Ulysses? The reading group would meet weekly and discuss a few chapters at a time, likely accompanied by publicly-available lectures on the channel over the course of the month. The group would be geared towards viewers of all reading levels and experience, promoting the approachable appreciation of Joyce’s masterwork. Readers interested in participating should consider my video on how to self-study Ulysses, which includes a number of helpful resources. I will also be available throughout the time to assist readers in tackling difficult sections and challenging ideas, techniques, and parameters.
More info to come depending on y’all’s interest, but right now I’m just getting a feel for the room.
