Yes, but we never know when the bubble will pop. Insanity can continue for a long time before anything happens.

It is crazy that only a few people own most of the stock, and when they sneeze or sell, we lose a lot.

We just had one in 2022. Data shows that after 2 consecutive 20+% annual gains, the next year typically goes up again.

Problem is, the stock market is relatively new and is evolving. The tricks we used yesterday may not predict the changes of tomorrow.

If tariffs turn out to be “mostly” bargaining chips then we should be alright. If Tariffs happen as promised by the new regime then we could spiral out of control pretty fast. Eliminating income tax and paying everything through tariffs means that inflation will run rampant and we may see layoffs or just simply people not spending money at first. Still, tariffs have a place (China auto scares even Japan…Honda/Nissan talks). With everybody saving for their future via 401k it feels like it’s propped up with money flow even if a recession happens. 🤞

There is a reason the Warren Buffets is more heavily holding cash than ever before. He’s going to buy as much as he can when the sells start flowing and then the auto trades divest to avoid losing big. Before they can rebuy he will own it all cementing in everyone loses like what happened to my account in 2008. My retirement lost tons and was locked in because the algorithm on stop loss

Unemployment is low, people's wages went up since the pandemic as a result of the great reshuffle, and corporations were already bailed out with the COVID stimulus money. All of that on top of the Fed cutting interest rates for no reason and corporate earnings at record highs. No, we are not due for a correction.
