i think the main hangup is usually "it's" vs. "its" which is a special case. "its" is the possessive form of "it", and "it's" is a contraction of "it is". for normal nouns like "video" the possessive form is "video's". also note: taking the words "video is" and contracting them to "video's" (as in: "this video's doing pretty good") is also valid. it can all be a bit confusing

"video's" is correct in this case as you are referring to something that belongs to the video. in other words, the video "possesses" the post mortem! so full marks for that haven't watched your latest video just yet because i've been waiting for a good meal to go with it. already know it's gonna be a banger :]

I mean this with genuinely no offense but it would take you half a day to teach yourself this if you wanted

As a rule you can rephrase any possessive from "[Owner]'s [Thing]" to "[Thing] of the [Owner]". So because "The post mortem of the video (no s)" is correct, so is "the video's post mortem". If the post mortem was of several videos, then it would be "The post mortem of the videos (plural, s)" and therefore "the videos' port mortem".

It's video's. The post mortem belonging to the video. "Videos" would be plural and be grammatically incorrect. Videos' would be the plural possessive.
