Don't know about Greek yogurt but have avoided ordinary yogurt. Also avoided eggs

I had steamed kolam rice cooked with curry leaves, asafoetida, a few fenugreek, cumin & mustard seeds, but no salt. To the hot rice, I added 2 TB of curd, a qtr tsp of mango pickle, a 1/2 tsp of sambar gravy and some bits of onion fritters. I added a little water, and let this simmer for a few minutes. I liked this wholesome dinner and want to incorporate it with some steamed vegetables and maybe sprouts or cooked lentils, next time.
