I don’t do tough workouts. I do your workouts.!!!

That's what I love about GFWR workouts because you (Rick) enjoy what you do. And that's what keeps me coming back daily to get my quota of cardio in a pleasant way. I don't like or want tough workouts, I benefit from consistency in a fun/safe format.

I remember how I felt when I was overweight and do own, and the difference I feel now, someone once told me when I complained, well what are you going to do about it? And that stuck with me. So I make myself workout every day and I always feel better after.

Before beginning each workout I remind myself that no matter how tough it can be, the end result of a healthier and toned me is 100% worth the effort!

I'm breaking up my workouts in smaller segments. That helps. I like the time tracker on your videos. Or I don't look at the time. I keep moving and time passes.

I remember it's to stay healthy for my kids. I don't want to leave early like he did.

I tell myself why I’m doing it, for my health & I don’t want a repeat of the last time I went on holiday which involves a lot of walking (out of breath last time). Will be returning next year FITTER thanks to you

I just watch the timer and countdown 🤣😂

This is going to sound terrible. Please understand I was 300 pounds myself almost 20 years ago. When I'm having a really hard time I take a break and watch 5 minutes of my 600 pound life. Because nothing is harder than living how I used to live.
