Can you make a video for those that have an active job? I feel like I wanna do workout but I don't want to end myself at the end of the day cause anymore standing is a pain. Thinking if possible to do short workouts or something. I cycle back and to work, 7 hours of consistently rough labor.

I think we all forget that we'll start bumpy either way and need to get used to things, ive never been athletic or that fit, just kinda skinny and fluffy, i ended up dedicating atleast 30-60 min everyday based on how i felt to some simple calisthenics i got instructions on how to do from the internet and just let the process be a process, I ended up losing weight without trying and somehow managed to get eleven line definition ,,just start from a place guys that's really important

Here's the thing about bodyweight exercises when you're not built like a gymnast:
Most folks think they can't. Won't. Shouldn't.
But that's nonsense.
We showed why. How. And what to do about it.
Simple truth? Your body weight isn't your enemy. It's your equipment.
And speaking of equipment - Crossrope: www.crossrope.com/discount/Gravgear
Not your playground jump rope. This is engineered conditioning. Heavy ropes that make your muscles wake up and pay attention. Light ones that let you float like a butterfly.
Smart design meets serious durability.
Because if you're going to move, might as well move with the good stuff.
Watch the video (https://youtu.be/goPWjqhK7rk). Try the moves. Grab a rope.
Start where you are. That's always been the point.
