I’m currently training my one arm pull up I’ve progressed from lifting a measly 30% of my body weight to now slightly over 60% !!!!
Once I hit 100% of my body weight I will start training more technically for proper form. Hopefully I’ll be consistent enough to achieve a one arm pull up!!
(I now have to wear a weight vest to keep myself on the ground)
