Being a G . I . Brat and living in Georgia , NY , Arizona and finally Washington in 1958 I have never had a desire to move. The fishing & outdoors have kept me here even the last 10 years on Social Security instead of picking a cheaper state. Without seeing the video I bet there was so much you missed with the limited amount of time spent here. At least I hope you enjoyed the Seafood that we have to offer .

Raised in Seattle but haven’t been there in over 30 years. Totally changed from what I’m understanding. Politically and some of the people anyway. Best thing about it is that it’s 2 hours away in any direction from doing anything and everything outdoors from a Fourteen Thousand plus foot mountain to the Pacific Ocean. From the Pike Place Market to Eastern Washingtons’ Apple Blossom. My two favorite things was cruising “the loop” on Alki in W. Seattle and skiing Crystal Mountain Resort. Wonder if Torero’s Restaurant is still up there?? My family and I knew the owner back then, and to this day have YET to find his equal in taste and quality of Mexican food!!! Dead serious.
