Everyone situation is different and priorities change , always do whats best for you and your family, knowing that clearly and then taking decisions whether to stay in US or move back home to India is very personal choice and cannot be judged from outside

We live in a world where we can afford to be global citizens. There is no need to shame a person’s choice to move. The same person may move and then move back if he or she wishes to do so.

In past 100 years we as society has stopped taking pride in being indian and making life in india. Even if someone is struggling 100 times more abroad compare to india, people around feels it's a luxury life, life is all settled, all the goals are achievd. People perceive many things one has to let go and stop justifying others slowly people will get used to it. That's how I see it

People build lives in the community where they stay abroad. If the place stops serving us, this means we will be out of comfort zone, uprooting a set schedule, children’s schooling, financial stress and many more. Everyone believes in glorifying the things they like, it’s just not abroad, be it a good car, good movie, good doctor, good experiences! They compare it with what they had vs what they have, nothing wrong with it ain’t it?

Wow , we won’t blame so called no1 Indian companies who has spread this mindset like a fire These body shopping companies like TCS , Infosys earned billions by spreading such mindset , after one generation completely got illusioned now the blame is on NRIs. Wow !! Who started this body shopping firms ? HCL owner clearly told that this body shopping was India’s 30 years growth model , Did it stop ?
