Mako: Island of Secrets as we called it in Australia which it was filmed in Queensland at the Gold Coast had 3 Seasons, But Netflix internationally except Australia, it was split Season 2 into 2 halves thus it had 4 Seasons. Hope this clears the confusion on "Mako Mermaids has 4 Seasons shtick."
