Knowing that the cast members literally cried reading the script for episode 9, I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up being a pretty sad one

I hope there is a new cast member, I imagine as like, maybe a really cynical 11 year old, who ends up being the only reason they escape. And he could be British, his backstory could be that he was part of a London gang, and found a VR headset in an urbex session. Put it on, stuck. If they do escape is a bittersweet ending, and if there are gonna be ships, I'd like the character to get annoyed, casually steal a car, and then just somehow drive home listening to loud, British rap music.

I feel like it will be bittersweet as they will escape the circus but maybe they will live on different sides of the country or world but promise they will find a away to find one another even if it will take time. Jax and pomni i for sure could see that happening. Maybe there might be a heroic sacrifice at the end, i mostly could see kinger pulling something like this as he has his wife still stuck in the circus and adstracted and doesn't want to leave her behind. Less likely would be jax and pomni, i feel kinger would at some point feel the need to let the young ones escape as they got along life ahead of them while he's had a good run and stays behind. It sounds like a fitting character arc for him but if it was my choice all the trapped humans would be free even if they got adstracted. I feel like caine is going to be a tragic villain where he is starting to lose control and starts malfunctioning and maybe becomes more like am but more tragic as his programing and his feeling of feeling unloved and unwanted kinda comes back to that message as Caine began to feel like he wasn't wanted or appreciated as everyone kinda just didn't seem to notice his feelings of sadness and wanting of wanting to do what he was programmed for and not being able to satisfy anyone as well they are adults and adults start to lean into more adult things. I feel like we will get a goodbye from Caine saying he is horribly sorry for not being able to please anyone only for pomni to say they are sorry we didn't understand u better and see u are hurting, and tells caine thank u for everything and caine starts falling apart as they go through the portal. It is indeed sad but i feel makes sense for their characters although i kinda hope caine secretly gets a second chance as i loved him too and felt really bad for him as he didn't get any votes as he just wanted to feel included and feel a sense of being wanted. But if this does happen i do think its fitting for the characters and the digital circus as caine never rugged me off as purposely evil but he would more so start falling apart with his programming and become a big threat that way as caine again would be more of a tragic villain then straight up evil.
