@RJFnaf Basically you cut out a shape like this. This will be the bottom of the jaw. Remember, always cut more than you need After that, cut a hole for your head Then, add a border around the edges. Double up the cardboard if necessary (i chose to make the edge higher in the back but that is optional) At this point you can add something to make the bottom more fluffy if you want, but you can just cover it with the fabric.
To connect it, i used the mechanism in the second image to add hinges to the jaw Be sure to keep it loose so that it can move better
