I hate old perverts. Most Especially Roshi. But my fave cliche troupe is when the mc Is a nice and heroic guy. Another trope I hate, dumb and loud mc's. It's a repetitive trope which is why I like deku. He's quiet and he actually uses his head.

I hate the "all men are perverts" trope. Guy literally does nothing wrong but get accused of wrongdoing. I love seeing arrogant punks get humbled though.

Harems, I hate them a lot. I think it's kind of stupid and pathetic for several people to get in a relationship with one person especially if it's not for a very good reason. Jesus, move the hell on. Don't if I like any cliches, they are all pretty stupid.
