The Islamic New Year begins in the month of Muharram, which is the first month of the Islamic lunar calendar. This calendar is also known as the Hijri calendar. The first day of Muharram marks the start of the new year, commemorating the migration of the Prophet Muhammad from Mecca to Medina, known as the Hijra.As the year Starts with Muharram..the month of sorrows..We all have to strictly avoid anything that's against rules .ᐟ
