Couldn't agree more. Committing to loving your partner and owning to your responsibilities towards them is more important than being led astray by what you feel. Like let's say you're married and have kids,it's natural to reach a point where you might"feel"exhausted with that responsibility, where you think to yourself:"I had more freedom when I was single"or something,by just because you feel that way you shouldn't act on it cuz then you'll only end up hurting the family that depends on you,YOUR family,so whether you like it or not,you have an obligation to them and you should make them your priority in life so they can be happy. The day that you've decided to commit your life to someone on that wedding chapel, was the day that your life no longer belongs just to you so you can get away with being immature any longer. I hope I understood your message with the example I brought up. If I misunderstood anything please let me know.

Wth is this fake philosophy. Love is very much a feeling hence the term having feelings for some one.

Don’t trust your “feelings”. “Feelings” cannot always be trusted. Love is not about “feelings”. To love something is a commitment… It’s a choice. No matter how you “feel”, you can always choose to do the right thing.
