Yeah it’s true, Steve Harvey put it like this. If you want God to give you something new, you have to make room for the new. If he has been calling you to let certain things or people go then you should follow the leading of the Holy Spirit, before God can give his best you have to surrender what you want and trust him to make it worthwhile, that’s called faith. By faith Abraham believed God and he was justified before him even when the evidence around him was trying to discourage him. Walk by faith not sight, even when it’s hard even when it gets scary it’s better to trust God than man. People will disappoint you but God will never fail you. Especially when your walking in his will.
