Can I be honest? The holidays used to overwhelm me. All the expectations, all the roles we slip into without noticing, the pressure to make everything perfect, or peaceful, or magical for everyone else.
This year, I’m approaching today differently. I’m letting it be what it is. Messy. Beautiful. Emotional. Human.
I’m grateful for the people at my table. I’m grateful for the ones I miss deeply. I’m grateful for the parts of myself I’m still learning how to love. And I’m grateful for you—this community that chooses to grow, heal, and do the inner work right alongside me.
If today is wonderful, I’m celebrating with you. If today is hard, I’m sending love to that part of you that’s just trying to get through the day.
You don’t have to be “on.” You don’t have to be cheerful every second. You don’t have to carry everything.
Just take one breath. And then another. And give yourself permission to be human.
